SOMB Intro to Juvenile Standards Training - Denver

This training will review the Standards and Guidelines for the Evaluation, Assessment, Treatment and Supervision of Juveniles who have Committed Sexual Offenses. This session provides an introduction of the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) and the legislatively mandated Standards and Guidelines created to govern treatment providers, evaluators, and polygraph examiners as well as inform other stakeholders who work with juveniles who have committed sexual offenses. The presenter will review the nine sections of the Juvenile Standards and Guidelines and participants will leave understanding the purpose of the Standards as well as how to apply them.
